A visit to South Africa’s most profitable mine when it started in 1897 You descend 250 metres down a mine to see the workings of a gold mine, followed by a gold pour (if you can pick it up you can take it home) Under 5 years not allowed. See historical mine houses and shops in the theme park. All staff in the park wear costumes of the 1880s, and the replica buildings of Johannesburg are designed of the same era. This tour can be extended to a full day with a visit to the amusement park for the children, casino for the adults.
